Afternoon: “Gourmet Vegetables” lesson to prepare a 3-course dinner featuring seasonal vegetables, reinterpreted in a gourmet style - duration 4 hours.

Morning: Walk to search for and collect wild herbs.
Afternoon: “Vegetable Lacto-Fermentation” lesson: learn to ferment vegetables using the two main methods (dry and in brine), creating probiotic-rich fermentations that benefit the gut and enhance any dish.

Morning: “Vegan Brunch” lesson: when it’s too late for breakfast but too early for lunch. A brilliant solution reinterpreted in a vegan key - duration 4 hours.

Morning: “Sugar-Free Desserts” lesson: learn to make delicious desserts without using sugar, discovering new ways and ingredients to use as sweeteners. All day: Motorboat trip on the Gulf of Trieste: visit to the Dama Bianca and the first swim, passing by Miramare Castle, stop in Trieste for lunch in Italy's most beautiful square, and visit the city center. Return with a swim offshore, then a swim at the beach in the middle of the sea, "i caregoni". Stop at Porto Piccolo for shopping and a snack, then return and seafood dinner.

Morning: "Forest bathing" and "barefoot walking nature" activities.
Afternoon: Relax at the Villa with a wellness treatment massage.
Evening: Apericena with tasting of local products at the Villa.

Morning: E-bike tour through the hills with wine tasting at the Collio wineries.
Afternoon: Visit the city of Udine, and tasting at the Midolini vinegar factory in Manzano and/or visit to a local grappa distillery.
